ALL guests must be 18 or older – sorry we do not accept children

 

OCCUPANCY

Prices are based on 2 adults

Maximum 2 adults per room

There is no reduction for single occupancy

There is no facility to add an extra bed

Maximum group size is 4 adults

 

DEPOSIT

No deposit is taken at the time of booking

 

PAYMENT

The card used to secure your booking will be charged for your stay on departure.  If you would like to use an alternative card or pay cash, please advise during check in

 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your booking up to and including 7 days before your arrival date.  If the booking is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, you will be charged for the first night of your stay

 

If for any reason we need to cancel your reservation, we will do our utmost to secure alternative accommodation.  We will not however be responsible for any losses or increased costs incurred.  Please note we would only do this in extreme circumstances for family or medical emergencies

 

NO SHOW OR REDUCTION IN STAY

In the event of a no show or a request to reduce the length of your stay, the full cost of the original booking will be charged

 

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check In is between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed)

Latest check out is 1030am

 

SMOKING (INCLUDING E CIGARETTES/VAPING)

Smoking is not permitted within Ardarroch Cottage

Smoking is allowed in the garden.  An ashtray can be found in the seating area

 

QUIET POLICY

Please respect the comfort of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 1030pm and 0730am

 

BREAKAGES/DAMAGE

We reserve the right to administer a charge to deep clean, repair or replace items – commensurate with any damage

 

LOST ROOM KEYS

If keys are lost, a charge will be made to cover the cost of replacement locks.  This would be essential to maintain the security of Ardarroch Cottage

 

PARKING

Free on-site parking is available.  We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or contents whilst parked on the premises

 

PETS

As much as we love animals, we cannot accept pets in Ardarroch Cottage.  Please note a cat lives here – Charlie
