GENERAL BOOKING POLICIES

ALL guests must be 18 years or older - sorry we do not accept children

 

Occupancy

 

Prices are based on two adults

Maximum two adults per room

There is no reduction for single occupancy

There is no facility to provide an extra bed

Maximum group size is 4 adults

 

Deposit

 

No deposit is taken at time of booking

 

Payment

 

The card used at the time of booking will be charged on the day of arrival.  If you would prefer to pay by cash, please advise us at check-in

Cancellation

 

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made

 

No Show or Reduction

 

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged

 

Check in/Out

 

Check in is between 4pm - 8pm unless otherwise agreed

Latest check out is 1030am (B&B), 11am (Cabin)

 

Smoking (including E-Cigarettes/Vaping)

 

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas

Smoking is allowed in the garden

 

Parking

 

Free on-site parking is available

Pets

 

As much as we love animals we cannot take pets at Ardarroch.  Please note a cat lives here (Charlie)
